Aqualine Active Carbon...
Active carbon is a mineral with high absorption
capacity used at physicochemical purification.
Active carbon mineral is used for removal of melted gases and unsolved
organic and inorganic dirt's which give color , taste and smell in water.
Active carbon is like coal but a material that has very wide surface area
(1000-1 S00m2/gr). This is widely used at waters with organic dirt's for
purpose of removing chlorine. A point that shall be paid attention about
active carbon is, suitable environment can occur for bacterial production
because active carbon holds organic material and if there is bacteria in
water, bacteria can reproduce by using this organic material as feed. At
such situations, there is possibility of bacteria loss. For this reason,
disinfection of water is important before and after of active carbon.
